Maybe You Don’t Need a BeltLine Address After All
A good coffee shop, a serviceable bar (cool, but not too cool to have a TV), and a public space—bing bang boom. The formula’s simple, a good, walkable neighborhood is more attainable than ever.
I’ve lived in O4W for six years, a block from King of Pops HQ. My street has it all: coffee (Chrome Yellow), market (O4W Market), dog park (Fetch), x-factor (Staplehouse). I love it here—and do my best to avoid getting in my car.
But honestly? Slinging pops is how I really got to know this city. Every year is like summer camp (think of me kinda like the uncool camp counselor). Friendships form. Some flings happen (which I try to ignore). People learn to jump trucks, use ratchet straps, and solve problems with a smile.
We’re hiring. If you (or your kid/neighbor/niece) want the best job in town (AKA pop slinger) we want to meet cha. We’re also hiring an Ops Lead if you want to go all in.
Bonus: Work 1,000 hours and get 80% off your franchise fee ($1,200 instead of $9,000).
🏡 My Favorite Underrated Neighborhoods
• Chamblee – Trails, greenspace, and Buford Highway right around the corner.
• East Atlanta – Gritty in a good way, full of character (and costumes by October).
• East Point – Porches, purpose, and Atlanta Streets Alive vibes.
• Kirkwood – Feels like a small town in the city. Block parties and brunch reign.
• Woodstock – OTP with real pride. Close to North GA nature, full calendar of events.
